Gradation in the using of resources used by Muhammad(peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) for the calling of people to Islam

Abstract

دTheir way of addressing to the people was polite and sympathetic. When Muhammad, the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, was sent, the entire world was immersed with ignorance at that time. Obviously, it was a very difficult task for them to instruct the people who had strayed from the right path of Islam throughout centuries. Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) used such a strategy that gradually made people familiar with Islam. First of all, the Prophet (peace be upon him) called people to Allah through oral speeches, as words have direct effects on human heart. Similarly, Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) fought various Ghazwat as an effective means for spreading Islam. He also used to send many letters to the emperors of the world for the propagation of Islam. Moreover, Muhammad (peace be upon him) had sent various delegations in connection with the invitation to true religion which produced effective results. Many times, the same delegations also visited   Madina for the purpose of acquiring the real essence and spirit of Islamic knowledge.
