Abstract

Allah has created people in every age to protect every aspect of Islam who left no stone unturned in fulfilling their responsibility. Be it the field of Qur'anic interpretation, hadith and jurisprudence or Sufism, the scholars of every field have left no stone unturned in the promotion of religious sciences with their many services. There are also many scholars who worked in more than one field from academic and literary aspects. But due to the tendency of some of them towards a particular field, they became known by the name of that field, like Imam Malik, Ahmad bin Hanbal etc. Therefore, it cannot be said that they do not have any expertise in other fields or that their opinion does not have any status due to being more than one. As some people have understood, like Sufis، that his field is Sufism only and his opinion in the field of Sufism is argument and proof. Now if they quote or narrate a hadith and that hadith is not in the reliable and famous books of hadith, they reject it. However, this should not be the case all the time.

To eliminate such doubts and objections, this paper will comment on the conditions and scholarly services of some Sufis who have performed scholarly and authorial services in the field of Sufism along with Hadith Sciences
