Abstract

The life of the Holy Prophet(SAW) is an eminent source of guiance for the muslim Ummah, as there is a comprehensive solution of every sort of problem in the every incident of the life of Holy Prophet (SAW), incidents of Hijrat-e- Habsha and Madina are among them, therefore these incidents are not limit only to stories but mulims gets guidance and aspiration  from these incdents.

provides muslims some sort of guidance among which remains the most important problem along with solution of rights, duties, problems and difficulties.

            Today Muslims are living there refugee lives in a large numbers in so many countries, the refugees of Afghanistan, Syria, and of Palisteen e.t.c are in the state of refugeeism. they have fucing a lot of problems in these countries.

            In the life of Holy Prophet (SAW) there is an elegant solution of refugees rights, duties, problems and difficulties, which is in burnt issue of international problem in moden times.

  In this Article research will be conducted on the Assessment on the right,duties, problems and difficulties of refugees of modern time in the light of Hijrat e Habsha and Hijrat e Madina.
