Abstract

The holy prophet Muhammad (SAW) had taken too much wisdom and physiognomy in the implementation of sharia provisions, with regard to place, time as well as with regard to changing circumstances. Du to this physiognomy and wisdom The prophet Muhammad (SAW) had attracted the hearts of people to Islam and the lot of non-Muslims entered Islam. It is an admitted fact that religious commandments change with the change in time and place and with the change in custom and habits. Due to ignorance of this fact, people are facing a lot of difficulties in the enforcement of sharia provisions. Therefore, every command which is based on cruelty instead of justice, harshness instead of facility and damage instead of renovate, such command never becomes the command of Islamic sharia. In this article some methods and Curriculums and styles of Muhammad (saw) in The implementation of religious provisions have been discussed in The light of Quran and Sunnah.
